Due to a significant increase in insurance denials affecting our industry, we have made the difficult decision to scale back our in-network insurance coverage.
What This Means for You
Beginning Monday, March 31, 2025, Bloom Plastic Surgery will be in-network with the following plans only:

✅ Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (HMO) (MA HMO)

If your insurance is not listed above, you will still have options for care with us.
Out-of-Network or Uninsured? We Can Help.
For patients with out-of-network coverage or those who are uninsured, our team is available to provide a self-pay treatment quote. We understand that navigating insurance changes can be stressful, and we are here to support you in understanding your options.
Surgical Patients: Facility and Anesthesia Coverage
For surgical patients, please note that facility and anesthesia charges may still be covered by other insurance providers, even if Bloom Plastic Surgery is out-of-network for your plan. If you have any questions regarding coverage for an upcoming surgery, our team is happy to assist you in reviewing your benefits.
