Dr Bloom and his team are absolutely the best. They are very professional and put you at ease by explaining the procedures and the science behind them and consistently check on your comfort level. Tina, Katie and Autumn will make you feel like family. I definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff and very thorough

I am only two days post-op from two procedures with Dr. Bloom, and I am already blown away by the results. Knowing that I am still very early in the healing process makes me even more excited about the final outcome. What truly sets Dr. Bloom and his assistant, Ivana, apart is not only their skill but the exceptional level of care they provide. From the initial consultation to post-operative follow-up, every interaction has been thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely caring. They make you feel supported every step of the way. One thing I especially appreciated was Dr. Bloom’s honesty during the consultation. He never overpromised or tried to sell me unrealistic expectations. In fact, I felt he intentionally set conservative expectations which made the final result even more remarkable because he has already exceeded them. Dr. Bloom has an incredible eye for natural beauty and enhancement. His work is refined, tasteful, and focused on helping you look like the very best version of yourself. Combined with Ivana’s warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism, the entire experience has been nothing short of outstanding. If you are considering a procedure and looking for a surgeon who combines talent, integrity, artistry, and genuine compassion, I cannot recommend Dr. Bloom and his team highly enough. Choosing Dr. Bloom and his team has been an amazing experience. The communication between him, his team and myself has been one of the most unexpected and invaluable part of the experience. His professionalism is outstanding, and he has striven to make sure i’m aware of each step of my own personal journey. His staff is another amazing reason i’d recommend his office, all of them are skilled, and the level of care i receive from them each time i enter the office is something that really stands out. And all of this, while great, is secondary to his skill and expertise. I would recommend Dr. Bloom and his office to anyone. Almost makes me want to find another reason to go back 😉!

My wife had her first cosmetic surgery with Dr. Bloom and she is very satisfied with his work. I was able to meet him the day of the procedure and he was very professional, answered any questions I had, and she is continuing to use his office for facials and such due to the professionalism and quality of the office and staff.

Dr. Bloom and team are absolutely fabulous. Words cannot express how thankful I am that I found this practice. After many consultations with surgeons around Chicago, I decided on Dr. Bloom for my breast procedures because in addition to his stellar credentials, he also has excellent bedside manner, and had a very "keep it real" approach to providing information, options, and realistic expectations; which I greatly appreciated. Everything from the consultation to each procedure was met with care by Dr. Bloom, and I really appreciated him taking the time to answer all of my questions, and taking the time to understand what outcomes I was seeking….and let me tell you he totally understood the assignment and delivered flawlessly. Dr. Bloom is seriously on his "A game"!! I am so happy with my results!! Also it should be mentioned that not only is Dr .Bloom amazing, but his entire staff is equally as awesome, Judy, Rose, Autumn, Aidyn, Ivana..such a great team. Talk about organized!! Everything from the review of pricing quotes, the photos, reviewing the aftercare procedures, prompt answers to questions, booking of my follow up appointments, and just in general being met with care and kindness every time I am in the office. I also loved that the team is totally accessible via an easy text message for any questions. Everything has been perfect and for that I truly am grateful. I will preface that, as other reviews mention, Dr. Bloom and his staff are extraordinarily friendly and kind. However kindness does not equal empathy or flexibility and has led to me losing $1000 to Dr. Bloom with no surgical services rendered. Let me explain the full story, since I was not given the opportunity to do so to Dr. Bloom. I was scheduled for surgery in January and put down a $500 deposit. The day of surgery, the NPO surgery prep led me to the worst migraine of my life, which then led to two hours straight of vomiting stomach acid and dry heaving. I literally couldn’t leave my bathroom floor. Surgical instructions said to call and cancel if I was sick. I did so (well my mom did so because I couldn’t talk on the phone). I lost my $500 deposit. That was fine I guess; I was following the surgical instructions I was given but I did cancel the day of. I rescheduled for February. Put down another $500 deposit, was warned off-hand about forfeiture if I canceled. My father was meant to be my ride after surgery and my (and my dog’s) planned caretaker while I healed. 10 days prior to surgery, my father came down with Covid. With my not yet infected mom having shared space with him the entire night before, there was potential for infectious Covid to still be circulating in the house long past my surgery day. I called to reschedule and was given an April date. I knew no cancellations were allowed within a month of surgery, but I was rescheduling so I had no idea I was breaking a rule and that should be concerned. Everyone was super kind about rescheduling and I thought everything was totally fine. No one mentioned that rescheduling, to them, actually means cancelling. I searched all the paperwork I have copies of and that caveat isn’t in there. A few days after I rescheduled, I was notified of an important work event taking place on, you guessed it, my new surgery date. FML. I call back and reschedule, again, before the 30 day cancellation cut off. Again, staff was kind, they happily reschedule me, no hint that anything is wrong, that I was treading on thin ice, that rescheduling means cancelling, etc. I received a voicemail this week and returned the call today. They are 1) keeping my 2nd $500 deposit, 2) cancelling my surgery and 3) firing me as a patient due to too many cancellations. I asked if there was anything that I could do to ask the doctor to reconsider, given the series of unfortunate events that led to this. Aside from the scheduling snafus making me appear flakey since I hadn’t elaborated on reasons at the time, I had been very kind in all my interactions in the office and on the phone. But no. There is no appeal process, no consideration given to an individual based on unavoidable, unpredictable life circumstances, and no flexibility to unspoken, unclear office rules. So now I am $1000 poorer and I have to find and start over with a new doctor. To be clear, I am not angry, at least not yet. I am shocked and incredibly heartbroken that I thought I had a good relationship with the office when I apparently didn’t and have to start over, and I feel physically ill at the thought of losing all that money when, if someone had just said something, I would’ve just stayed with a friend after surgery in February and not needed to reschedule that time or subsequent times at all! I may have exhibited some signs, on the surface, of being an unreliable or “bad” patient. But I truly never am, I’m just having an incredibly awful year so far! Not having any way to appeal for an exception or a return of deposit due to extenuating circumstances feels awful and terribly unreasonable for a privately owned specialist’s office. Update 4/26 – after my review, I spoke w/Autumn from Dr. Bloom’s office. She listened to what I had to say, we both took accountability for things that could’ve been handled better, and it was one of the most respectful conversations I’ve ever had. Dr. Bloom offered to reschedule my procedure, no hard feelings, and everything went well! So I’m bumping my review up to 5 stars! Thanks Dr. Bloom. ❤️

My entire experience from check in to discharge was very pleasant. Nursing care was excellent. I was well care for pre and post op. Areas are well lit and well maintained in a cleanly fashion. Dr. Bloom was so pleasant and professional. Easy to talk to and explained everything in detail. As a retired Critucal Care RN, I know what quality care and a well run practice looks and feels like. Dr. Bloom and his team are unparalleled in my professional and personal opinion.

Dr. Bloom and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The office is organized, and communication has always been clear and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

This review won't do Justice to Dr Bloom and his team, I did several consults before Dr Bloom but when I did my consult with him I knew I wanted him to do my surgery. His team is been guiding me every step of my recovery I never had to go to a Facebook group asking what garment to wear they provide me with all of the information I needed. If you need a surgeon Dr Bloom is the best.

From the moment I walked in Dr. Bloom’s office, I was greeted with a warm welcome, by the girls at the front desk and the sweet medical asst. , who brought me back ! Dr. Bloom was wonderful! He was so kind, and genuine, , professional and thorough in explaining what my procedure may/will involve. I left there feeling less anxious and so grateful! Thank you all SO much!
