TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Enrollment Fee: Each membership requires a one-time $199 enrollment fee.
- Monthly Fee: $149 per month, automatically charged to your card on file.
- Credits: Each payment is applied to your account as credit for treatments or products. Credits don’t expire within the membership year but can’t be transferred to others.
- Savings & Discounts: Membership discounts apply only to eligible services and products. They can’t be combined with other promotions or applied retroactively.
- Appointments: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeited credit for that visit.
- Renewal & Cancellation: Your membership renews monthly unless you cancel. You may cancel anytime with written notice.
- Exclusions: Surgical procedures, gift cards, and certain items may not be included in membership benefits.
- Events & Perks: Event access and member perks are subject to availability.
- Flexibility: We may adjust membership pricing or benefits from time to time, but we’ll always notify you at least 30 days in advance.
- Medical Note: All treatments are subject to medical evaluation to ensure safety and suitability.
