Meet Jacob Bloom, MD
Dr. Jacob Bloom founded Bloom Plastic Surgery in 2016 and has been in private practice in Chicago since 2014. Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Dr. Bloom offers his services to the greater Chicago area with offices conveniently located in the city and western suburbs. Raised in Northbrook and a graduate of Glenbrook North High School, Dr. Bloom takes great pride in treating patients in his hometown. After receiving his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, Dr. Jacob Bloom graduated at the top of his class from the Chicago Medical School. He earned a coveted Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York. Following his residency, Dr. Bloom continued his surgical training in the Harvard Medical system at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, in Boston, Massachusetts.
