Advancements in surgical techniques have made cosmetic surgery procedures less risky, superior, and more effective, but the single most important factor that still influences the final outcome in such procedures is the skill and experience of the operating surgeon. Patients should carefully review the surgeon’s credentials before choosing them for a cosmetic or reconstructive procedure.
