Rose Cordero is a Venezuelan-trained physician. Driven by a passion for personal and professional growth, she moved to the United States to continue her medical journey while embracing a new language and culture. She is a Registered Surgical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and EKG Technician. She remains committed to continuous learning as she works toward earning an advanced medical provider degree.

As a member of the Bloom Plastic Surgery team, Rose discovered a passion for clinical aesthetics and advanced skin health. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin and natural facial rejuvenation through evidence-based treatments and personalized care. She believes in treating the skin from the inside out by combining medical expertise with innovative aesthetic procedures. To further her commitment to patient care, Rose earned certifications in Sciton laser treatments, Chemical Peels, and SkinPen microneedling. Ensuring each patient feels informed, supported, and empowered throughout their experience.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two children, capturing special moments through photography, exploring new places, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.
