In light of the ongoing pandemic related to COVID-19, we want to update you on what we are doing to ensure your safety during your next scheduled appointment.

What we are doing now:

Our office is now open for all appointment types. We have changed our patient flow so that your safety is optimized during your visit. We ask that all patients wear a mask upon entering our facility. Patients will be asked to reschedule if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, shortness of breath, cough), have a potential sick contact or recent travel. Touchless temperature will be taken of each patient when entering the facility.

  • Virtual Waiting Room via Text: Patients are asked to text the office upon arrival at our facility for any scheduled appointments.
  • No Waiting Room Experience: A treatment room available for our patients upon arrival.
  • Virtual Medical History Forms: A link will be sent to all new patients so that they can fill out their medical history on their phone or computer.
  • Touchless Pay Options: Patients are sent text messages to make any payments directly from their phone or our office is equipped with a tap to pay feature on our card reader. Patients have the option of securely keeping their card on file.

Skip the Emergency Room: Laceration services for patients and the community are available. If you or your child are in need of stitches please call us 24 hours a day @ 312.549.8691

Virtual Consultations and Follow-Ups on Telehealth: For patients that do not feel comfortable coming into the office or for those in high risk groups, we will continue to offer virtual visits for the foreseeable future.

Online Skin care Store: Use code “shop15” to get 15% off of your favorite products

Plans for the future:

We will continue to keep monitor trends in the pandemic and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our patients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our north star as we navigate the road ahead.

Thank you for your steadfast support —we are truly grateful.

The link with instructions will be sent to your email on file upon booking an appointment.
